Hockey is cancelled for Sat 4th Sept

        ARGENTINA VS KOOKABURRAS TEST SERIES:

  The reigning World Champion men’s Hockey team the Kookaburras will be playing a two test series against Argentina on the 11^th and 12^th of September 2010 at the Sydney Olympic Park Hockey Centre. Please find below an information letter about the test matches that I ask, that you forward on to all of your teams and members to inform everyone of the games details and the various promotions and competitions which will be running over the weekend of the 11^th & 12^th of September.

Tickets for the test matches can be purchased from the Hockey NSW website   http://www.hockeynsw.com.au/page.asp?PID=600&MID=268&SID=600 , Hockey NSW members under the age of 15 receive free entry to the matches but will need to complete the ‘Complimentary Ticket Form’ ( a copy of which is below).

"It is important that all members, be they at association or club level, have the opportunity to review the document and provide input. Over the next six weeks all members of Hockey NSW will have the opportunity to comment on this draft blueprint. Following the release of the paper there will be a series of ongoing meetings with associations and clubs to receive final comments on the proposed changes. The Board of Hockey NSW will review in detail all feedback from members. It is anticipated that by the end of June, that the Board will be in a position to circulate a document outlining the proposed new competition structure in detail."
